Police Investigating Prison Fight

Gov. M. Jodi Rell said Friday that the two death row inmates who briefly scuffled this week had unusual access to each other after they were released into a corridor at the same time. "The way that I hear that this happened, one jail cell was opened and they ended up being out in a corridor, an area, at the same time," Rell during a taping of Connecticut Public Television's "On the Record" program.
