Arizona has returned most inmates from Indiana prison

PHOENIX - Arizona has taken back most of its prisoners from an Indiana prison where a riot occurred. The Arizona Department of Corrections now has only 125 inmates at the New Castle Correctional Facility, down from the roughly 630 who were there at the time of April 2007 disturbance.
