Federal Prisoner Indicted In I-D Theft Scheme

Richmond, Virginia - A federal prisoner in Petersburg with previous mail fraud convictions, is now accused of running an identity theft scheme from behind bars. John Kenneth Leighnor, Jr., 49, is charged with three counts of mail fraud and eight counts of aggravated identity theft.
