Search for Missing Prisoner Ends in West Virginia

The search for a prisoner missing from a work detail in Chautauqua County has ended in West Virginia.
24-year-old Lucas Hull was working at a landfill in the Town of Ellery when investigators say he jumped into a county vehicle that had the keys still inside, and drove away.
