GRUNDY CENTER, Iowa --- A former Union man who is serving life for murder was involved in a prison attack last week.
Officials with the Iowa Department of Corrections said David Alan Lenox, 44, was involved in an incident at the Iowa State Penitentiary's Prison Industries building in Fort Madison.
Details weren't available, but officials said another inmate, Christopher Langley, 22, was seriously injured.
Lenox is serving a life sentence in connection with a June 2000 slaying in Conrad.
Langley also is serving life in prison for a murder conviction out of Scott County. More... PrisonerPal.com
