Job prep workshops planned for NH federal prison

A new federal prison is set to open in Berlin, N.H., this summer. Free workshops are being offered for potential job seekers because the application process is lengthy and complicated.

Two workshops are scheduled at New Hampshire's White Mountain Community College. The first runs from March 7 to March 11 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., for a total of 10 hours over five nights. The second is March 12 through March 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., or 10 hours in two days.  More...
