JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville inmate under suicide watch has died after jumping headfirst over a balcony.
Authorities said 30-year-old Travis Lamal Fryer was returning from a court appearance Thursday and had just been unshackled when he ran from a corrections officer and up a flight of stairs.
