Rookie deputies guard most dangerous at LA jail

LOS ANGELES—A report says some of the least experienced deputies are tasked with guarding the most dangerous inmates at Los Angeles County Men's Central Jail, including a pair of rookies who racked up some of the highest figures of force incidents at the jail.
