TCI inmate on the loose

A Taycheedah Correctional Institution inmate accused of committing crimes across the country is on the loose again.

The Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) confirmed Wednesday that Lizzette A. Garvin, 42, was transported from TCI to Missouri in October for a court hearing.

In late October, Garvin was transferred from Missouri to the Polk County Sheriff's Department in Iowa for a court hearing, said Linda Eggert, public information director for the Wisconsin DOC.  More   PrisonerPal.com   True Crime Today  Magazine Subscriptions for Prisoners since 1975
