Family of man who died in Missouri prison upset with lack of information about what happened

BONNE TERRE, Mo. — The family of an inmate who died at a prison in Bonne Terre says prison officials are not giving them any information about what happened.

Twenty-five-year-old Michael L. King died March 23 at the prison, where he was serving time for robbery.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the family is frustrated that prison officials are discussing the death with them.

St. Francois County coroner James Coplin says an autopsy was inconclusive and he's waiting for results from toxicology tests.  More...
