Calif jail inmate death an apparent suicide

VISALIA, Calif. -- California investigators say a Tulare County Jail inmate death was apparently a suicide.
Sheriff's officials tell the Fresno Bee (http://bit.ly/qgzAce) that 25-year-old Chan Tong Lotakoon of Richmond was found unconscious Sunday morning.
